What information we collect

Only what you give us when you contact us or fill in a form: name, email, phone number, your message and, if you provide them, details of your property or of the search you want us to alert you about. Also, if you accept it, anonymous browsing data through cookies.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiries, arrange viewings, value or list your property, let you know when a property you are looking for comes in and, if you subscribe, send you news. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties unrelated to the transaction.

Who we share it with

With the providers we need in order to work: website hosting, our property management system and, only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies, Google and Meta. Each of them processes data under its own policies.

How long we keep it

For as long as your enquiry or our business relationship lasts and, after that, for the time required by law. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under Uruguayan Law No. 18.331 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can request access to, correction, updating, inclusion or deletion of your data by writing to info@capitalrealestateuy.com. If you believe we have not handled your request, you can contact the Uruguayan data protection authority (URCDP).

Cookies

We use necessary cookies so the website works, for example to remember your language and your favourite properties. Only if you accept them do we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics), to understand how the website is used, and advertising cookies (Meta), to measure our campaigns. You can change your choice at any time.

Transaction costs

We recommend checking all costs associated with a purchase, sale or rental with a notary, accountant or lawyer, including taxes, professional fees and the real estate commission. Our fees are published on the Fees page.

Our role

Capital Real Estate & Investments acts as an intermediary between the parties, unless another form of involvement has been agreed in writing. When we show properties listed by other agencies, we do so on behalf of the buyer or tenant.

Guides and informational content

Our guides on residency, taxes, cryptocurrencies and other topics are general in nature, state their source and review date, and are not a substitute for legal, tax or notarial advice for your particular case.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to Capital Real Estate & Investments or their respective owners. They may not be reproduced without written permission.

Privacy and personal data

We use the information you send us (name, email, phone and inquiry) only to reply to you, arrange viewings and, if you agree, send you news. We do not sell it or share it with third parties unrelated to the transaction. Under Uruguayan Personal Data Protection Law No. 18,331, you may request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to info@capitalrealestateuy.com. The supervisory authority is the Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP).
