Santiago Pérez Odino, CPA
Santiago has more than fifteen years of experience in real estate. He founded Capital Real Estate & Investments with a clear purpose: to build a serious, approachable firm where every transaction is backed by a team, not a single person.
Today he leads a team that combines that experience with the energy and passion of a new generation, guided by the same principles he brings to every client: honesty, rigor and attention to detail. His background allows him to guide not only property sales and purchases, but also investment and return decisions, with a technical, long-term perspective. He works closely with clients moving to or investing in Uruguay from abroad.
